Endgame announcements!
Greetings, and welcome to the last month of Azume! We want to thank you all for your participation, and for helping to make the game as fun and welcoming an environment as it has been - we've really enjoyed modding for you guys, and we intend to continue to ensure that you guys have a good time through the remainder of the game!
With that in mind, we do have a few announcements for you - the first being that for the last month of the game, we'll be re-accepting anyone who has dropped over the duration of the game and might be interested in coming back to play with us for the finale. Your contributions have been important to the group and to the game as well, and if you'd like to join us for endgame we'd love to have you! Just drop us a comment here (or over PP to us on plurk) and we'll see what can be done for you.
Secondly, we have a rough schedule of events for you guys! One of the things to note is that seeing as this is November, our final event weekend would have landed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, starting on Black Friday. However, we have decided to avoid that and as such we've pushed endgame back by a week - as such, Azume is set to end on the weekend of November 30-December 1!
The full schedule is as follows:
Week 22; October 28-November 3rd - Writeup due on November 3rd at noon EST
Week 23; November 4th-November 10th - Encounter on November 10th, starting at noon EST (one-day event)
Week 24; November 11th-November 17th - Writeup due on November 17th at noon EST
Week 25; November 18-November 24th - Seeing as this week is a holiday for the Americans (including the mods), there will be no proper event or encounter this weekend, though there may be something smaller and optional to be announced as we're closer to the week in question!
Week 26; November 25th-December 1st - Endgame starts on November 30th and will continue into December 1st (two-day event)
End of game, December 2nd - Love meme
Assume that all weeks will have the normal weekly logs posted, as well as any afterparties and player-run things as usual. There may be smaller events happening during the week that will be announced on the weekly plurk, but nothing large or mandatory that you will have to clear schedules for - simply things to be interacted with at your leisure.
Once again, thank you so much for your time and participation; we've absolutely loved modding for all of you, and we look forward to playing with you until the game's conclusion!
