I had never even heard of Michael or his canon before this game but I gotta say I absolutely adore him. Watching his antics and seeing what he gets up to is a complete joy, bless you Lu for bringing him here

I really wanna stream the show for Azume folks sometime, the whole thing's on Netflix now. I mean, you're all spoiled, but watching the first season while knowing that Michael's a horrible liar is just fun in a different way

Lu, Weird Satan Uncle is the heckin' best. I love just how snarky he is, while still having his own problems to sort through? I like how sort of debonair and devil-may-care he is, but also how he has plenty of his own serious moments with morality and ethics and the like? Watching him go is so much fun, and I'm thankful for the CR he and Camilla got, I love how they've both gotten along by being pretty damn terrible while also just being Aggressively Themselves. It's Good Shit.

I look forward to more tbh!

I listened to a podcast where a guy was watching it blind recently, and he said things like "Michael is everyone's perfect granddad" and "I love Michael he makes me feel safe" and it was just like.........sweetheart...

But he would also say things like "wow Michael did this thing at the exact worst moment for them, it's such a convenient sitcom trope" and it's just like WOW YEAH SO CONVENIENT...MICHAEL NEVER WOULD HAVE DONE THIS HAD HE KNOWN THE SUFFERING IT WOULD CAUSE...

it actually got me interested in his canon enough to watch some episodes (also thanks to you actually for holding a stream because those are the best ways to watch)

ive also enjoyed their interactions, even ones where theres been like 'well this is different' from both sides because that's always great

I actually think what you've gotten to / what you have played with Michael's psychology and morality is really neat, honestly. This whole concept of someone who doesn't have a terribly high functioning emotional sense for things and thus contorts the world and binds the world through ethics is just a fun character, particularly for how funny he is. Like I'd venture to say at least six or so of Azume's top ten lines have been Michael's, from zaney one-liners to just general dickery.
